They must think we are pretty naive to not see what they're doing. There are no innocent questions. It seems it just gives them a way to fire you in the future depending on how you answer

I built surveys in NYC. I always answer knowing they will be read attached to my name. Sometimes I have fun with it as I know the Change Management team that’s building them.
