AIS itana ghatiya hai, bank interest, dividend, ki entry sahi, lekin share sell kiya to total amount+profit AIS me dikhata hai. Yani 1 lakh ka share sell karke 500Rs profit hai, ya 500 Rs loss, AIS total amount hi pakadata hai, profit ya loss ko segregate nahi karata faalatoo hai, Isi liye bahut se salaried employeed ko jinako unaki khud ki company ITR file karake deti thee, unko bola bki share ka sell hai to bahar se ITR file karo ek ek person ke liye AIS correction karane lage to company ko extra employee rakhane padenge. 2. IT department be ITR forms ki categories decide ki hai lekin ITR file karane me department ka software apani marzi ka software uthaa leta hai poora modi ka

Kya nautanki hai, cash withdraw, deposit, phir withdraw... Direct check party ko hi de dena चाहिए tha... aur 150km kyu jaana, aajkal to neft/rtgs bhi होता है. Cheq gi dena tha vo bhi other than home branch mein kar sakte hain, no need to go 150km Hypothetical Case. Practical aisa koi kyu karega...

But agar business income hai to 8% income maan lete hai according to presumptive tax ...tax lagta hai us income ke upar wo to diya hoga yearly. Fir kya problem?

सर मै हर वर्ष रिटर्न भर्ती हू किसी कारणवश बैंक से वर्ष मे लिमिट से ज्यादा कैश ड्रा कर लिया जिसका बैंक ने टी डी एस काट लिया क्या इसका रिटर्न भरते समय वापस मिल सकता है फार्म 16मे यह लिखा हुआ है कैश 194(N) लिया है

Beta , 2023 mein 2009 ke transactions ka notice mere paas aaya hua hai . Ek notice 2022 mein aaya jisme 2011 ki itr ki copy bhi chhaiye thi Income tax walo . India mein sub kuch possible hai .
