Lot of useless courses are being sold, in the country, by colleges run by politicians. There is no link between what is taught in third-rate colleges and what industry needs. Industry needs to be tied with education system in India.
I find it hard to get people who want a job or to work. Every time we put an ad we get 30 to 40 applicants and when you call them for the interview...that's a stone wall. A max of 2 or 3 turn up and they don't know anything about the job applied for but expect a fancy salary. What a paradox. 15:34
Really good comments by sri Rajiv about exports. More focussed labour oriented exports spl incentive schemes like in clothing and hoserie. In many malls large ready made shops sell excellent shirts, surprised to see made in Bangladesh😮. Cloth from india made in bangladesh exported back bought by our well to do young guys. This is where vocation oriented education needed to get educated employed.😊😊
Being part of the corrupt economy, it is possible that Congress is right when it comes to their supporters. GST and demonitising certainly has hurt the black economy (criminals, corruption, tax evasion, money laundering, drug smuggling arms smuggling) as it was intended to.
Every day we keep hearing huge vacancies in railways, police, teachers in schools and colleges, all state govt depts etc after such a lot of expansion in population, business, economy etc. small example with lakhs of vehicles being sold daily corresponding increase in rta regn offices is not seen increasing work load and delay. Why retired employees continue to work in many offices instead of giving jobs to new grads? Cities are bursting with heavy sales of high end apts. Many rural all the way from NE also come to BLR or HYD for household work and earn not less than 20000/- pm and hundreds are working. Distribution of wealth is on new route where in these apts mostly working couples earning very high salaries dont mind paying well for reliable good worker. Sanju gave correct pic of market demand seen in growth in all comsumables. May be there is not sufficient employment avlb for educated or is it because more are getting degrees? Fill all state and cental govt jobs not extending retired employees holding problem solved. Rahul gandhi can now shut his narrative of rojgaar.😮😮
6 decades of socialism and mismanagement certainly produced two generations of farm workers, poorly educated and poor citizens. Probably take another two generations for a more productive and progressive society. However, the last decade has shown great strides and progress in the right direction. Maybe, PM Modi and the BJP are the best things that happened to India. The alternative is too horrible to imagine as it is, as is colonialism.
