Empowering Communities with Innovative Solutions for Non-Communicable Diseases 

The September edition of the Insights Webinar featured community medicine and Public Health experts who discussed the raging challenges and impact of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) especially Hypertension and Diabetes in rural and urban communities.
The panelists raised concerns about the need to elevate interventions to tackle hypertension and Diabetes in underserved communities while also providing health tips that help prevent the diseases. They also spotlight ongoing interventions to improve access to screening, medication, and management of NCDs while exploring innovative ways to empower these communities with appropriate NCD management strategies.
