EMPRESS OF CANADA 

(16 Mar 1961) Launched last May by Mrs Diefenbaker, the "Empress of Canada" has just been carrying out her trials. This new 27,000 ton Canadian Pacific liner made an impressive picture, as she steamed her course along the measured mile off the Isle of Arran. Her maiden voyage is due next month.
