It is a matte formula, but if you prep your skin well it can work. I used to have dry skin and have kind of tricked it into being normal through a good skincare routine. I usually mix my Jouer with a pump of it cosmetics cc cream which thins it out and gives it a little glow. That’s the combo I wear in all my videos.
