It's a breath of fresh air and a welcomed escape watching this video. I am so anxious and down due to this whole coronavirus pandemic. I'm finding it really hard to stay positive, but it's nice to switch off and watch this. Make-up, skincare and fashion has always been a lovely distraction for me!

Your face and hair look so good! Your skin is glowy and so smooth and bronzy. And your hair, what product do you use to keep that volume at the root around the top of your head! It looks so bouncy and shiny! I know you said that all those hair treatments didn’t work well for you, but one that I actually found to work, but is extremely expensive is the new Oribe Serene Scalp Thickening spray. I noticed so much new growth as well as no hair in the shower drain. But it’s so pricy for the amount they give you. Have you still been using the Christophe Robin Baby Blonde toning product to help keep any brassiness away? Thinking of you and hope you are staying safe and healthy! 💗💗💗

Thanks Sandra, that was exactly the video I needed. As much as I love buying makeup, I’m not really going out anywhere, so I’m using what I have and only buy when something runs out. I have a lot so it will be good for me. It’s a good time to play and try new eyeshadow techniques or colour combinations. Skincare and haircare however is still being used everyday and needs to be repurchased more regularly. I’m masking a lot more so your favourite masks might be a great video to do. 🥰 Great idea to use unscented bath salts and add the bath oil. I’ve got a couple of bath oils, so will definitely try that. 👍🏻 I love the Jordan Samuel matinee cleanser. I just ran out of mine recently and I’m so happy that it’s now available at Cult Beauty because they ship to Australia for free. 🤗

Great video. I agree with you on several of the hair products. I would love to know your lip combo if you remember. I saved my eye mask and added trader joes HA to them and keep in fridge. I cannot tell the difference.

Glad you acknowledged how you felt. I am running out of my NIOD SDSM2 mist, and was thinking of trying the Youth to the People one. I'm on my 4th or 5th bottles of the SDSM2 and love the formula but was wondering if switching things around now and then might be the way to go. The formulas are very different. Interested but a little afraid to give up the SDSM2 because it has a great ingredient list.

Trying to self sooth with my makeup but difficult when the salon shut down the day of my appointment (seriously??? Lol) and I have shellac on my nails that is well past it’s prime. Kidding aside, immense gratitude for the girls that show up at Shoppers’s, the guy at the grocery store and the nurse that’s waiting for me should I ever need her. Life is good. ❤️🇨🇦

haha I hope there’s a good “how to remove shellac” at home tutorial! I took them off myself once just using acetone (I soaked cotton pads in acetone and then pressed on each finger and sealed it in with tinfoil for 10-20 min) it worked!

I would 100% recommend viviscal, which you can get at shoppers. I had really bad postpartum hair loss and this made my hair grow back in soooo quickly. I started seeing results after 6 weeks and amazing results after 3 months. I had to stop taking it because I started having having a ton of hair growth in places where I really didn’t want hair growth lol.

Can you also comment on what makes Ren’s packaging more environmentally friendly than before?

every piece of their packaging now comes from 100% recycled materials and is also recyclable (I believe beforehand some components like the lids weren’t from recyclable materials). they also pledged to be zero waste by 2021 which is an amazing goal. I hope more companies follow suit 🤞🏼 they do refillable products too through a company called Loop but I think it’s just for their body care products for now!

I haven’t! Grow Gorgeous used to be owned by the same parent company as The Ordinary so I wonder if the active ingredients are similar! I’ll have to look into it 😘
