Empty Fruit Bunch Oil Recovery and Fiber Processing 

In the primary stage, the Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) Single Barrel Press is used to squeeze out the remaining oil and reduce the moisture content in EMPTY FRUIT BUNCH (EFB).
The recovered mixture of oil and moisture is then separated through the Oil Separation System.
On boiler fuel application, the EFB Break Cutter cum Oil Extractor or Size Reduction Break Cutter will further reduce the moisture content of the pressed fibres and shred into discrete pieces whereby shorter fibers improve burning efficiency in the boilers.
