Make the wine "cellar" a pantry! Kitchen storage fills up FAST - I always want more than I have. Congratulations on the house though! It's beautiful!

Maybe turn that wine cellar into a smoothie or coffee area? The property brothers did that in one of their episodes. Also, that ADU is awesome as an extra guest area for holidays. Congrats on the new house!

I like the house. But I hope you rethink the navy blue paint in the kitchen. Too dark, and that area should be a light color to make the space more inviting. So, who’s going to be doing the yard work? Caleb is taller.

I would bet that the owners before you purchase the home from somebody that was flipping houses. That’s why all the gray. They usually do gray and white because it’s a blank slate that will appeal to more people when they sell it.
