Empty Lot for sale. Truck Parking ? 

I'm looking at some cheap commercial land in central Florida to use for storage and to park and sleep in my truck sometimes. Maybe rent spaces to truckers and RVs. Not much is going on in the neighborhood and the lot is only 1/2 acre lot. I would install bathrooms, showers and laundry machines. Nothing too big - maybe 20 spaces and mostly and initially so i can use it and get around all the laws that stop you from living in your truck or van. Wondering about Zoning and business license challenges and strategies on this.

Were you planning on purchasing or sub leasing the lot for truck parking?

How much $ to buy? I just bought 2 acres of industrial land for 20k in Michigan.
