VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
Jennifer set a five-year goal to move into her tiny home before she had her 50th birthday. She spent that half-decade raising her two sons through school while researching every angle of her future living space. All of the detailed planning and organizing paid off when she downsized into her off-grid capable tiny home just before her birthday goal.
Sitting broader than a typical street-legal tiny home, her 10 ft wide space provides a welcoming layout with an open feel. The beautiful master bedroom has an 8ft long storage closet and a bed with a hinge that lifts, giving even more use beneath. The bathroom is extra spacious, holding a gorgeous shower, composting toilet, and a LG Wash Tower. Below the loft is a unique office nook perfectly hidden with a sliding door disguised as the ladder. The kitchen is U-shaped giving this tiny house a charming vibe with a couple of bar stools and a clear view out of the sink window. Jennifer has a huge 21ft solid wood pallet for a porch where she invites friends over for coffee sunrises or beer sunsets to maximize her space.

Now THIS tiny house is so livable! A real bedroom. She didn’t compromise her spacious living. The 10 foot wide floor plan makes all of the difference . In my estimation, this tiny house is perfect.

I've been watching tiny home videos for about 4 years now, since my son was little, and this build is by far my most favorite! I love the design! It's open, and bright, and feminine. It's so cozy yet spacious. And I love the fact that she has fur babies occupying the space with her. I love it, love it, love it! 🥰😍😊

This house is phenomenal! I love the kitchen design, her living room area with the feature wall and that she made her main floor bedroom (yay for main floor bedrooms!) and bathroom nice and roomy. Beautiful design. A bedroom you can stand in, proper clothing and shoe storage and it looks like a home, not a corridor! Plus the comfortable guest space. Love the idea of going tiny but don't want to live in a corridor or feel like my bed is a coffin. Well done!! Will be stealing lots of these ideas :)

This is definitely one of my favorite tiny house layouts! The livingroom looks wonderful and inviting. I like how the refrigerator creates a kitchen nook that hides appliances. If I ever went tiny I'd definitely want a washer/dyer (non-combo). I like the 'shoe' racks in the entry way. I'd throw my keys/mail in there. The walls of closets is all the storage you'd need too!

This Tiny House is INCREDIBLE!! It has always been my dream to build one but I’ve never been so inspired until today, watching your video!! It’s the exact design that I’d have, I love everything about it…. The cozy living room with the hammock chair, fireplace and the daybed!! And that bathroom, the shower is an absolute dream. This house was stunning!!! Best I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot! Sleeps FIVE!! I’ve never seen a washer/dryer like this one. Ive seen a combo in a tiny, but lady said it takes an hour to dry a load. I love the clean uncluttered look and the pale pink. LOVE the hidden office, and shower, doggie door, hiding space for appliances!!! Biggest closet I’ve ever seen! Well thought out. I just don’t know how you could know what you wanted! There are so many designs and they mostly look great, but this one tops the chart! I just can’t get over the hidden office and the huge bathroom & shower. Usually they have a curtain or a wet bath. Let me know if you want to sell it! 🤣

No complaints for this tiny home. It's perfect. No crawling up a ladder to crawl into a bed. A 1st floor bedroom and a large bathroom. wow! I love the shower walls. Never seen that style before. I like the kitchen. A must for counter space and the living area is perfect. A day bed is so smart. I had one that had a hidden bed underneath it so it could be turned into a bed for 2, it was 2 twin beds so lots of room for a couple. What a great house! I am so impressed with this layout! Great job, ma'am!!

What a well-thought-out lovely little home you have and so stylish too! I can see aesthetics are important to you and love the decor touches and vignettes you have managed to incorporate. The entire bathroom is very smart, the dog door a brilliant idea and I like the weathered wood touches you have included - such as the tv/fireplace wall, etc. I envy you living in Arizona and would love to see your State someday. Wow! 🤩 Jennifer Miller has fantastic ideas for the Harry Respite! 💕 Love the use of wall space for storing items. She sounds like me with the ‘5 year plan’! And by the age of 50! Well done Jennifer! I am on a similar mission and right now downsizing and paying off debt. 💪 Love the layout she went with! It does feel cozy! Love the big window behind the day bed. OMG! Hammock chair is sweeeeet! Cute puppy. Love how the work space can be hidden away, genius idea! Cross breeze is 🙌💨 Where is this builder based? Love the solar! I will have solar on my homestead. Baby steps! This is by far the most beautifully designed inside and out Tiny House I have seen so far. The comfort is compelling, so much so I have this picture in my mind laying on that lovely daybed, all snuggly , fireplace on, having a grand nap. Love all the interior , the perfect layout, the Color White , so nice and bright, the bathroom so spacious, every detail planned and perfect. THE bedroom WHOW! The kitchen again WOW. AS far as the outside patio , it would be a toss up whether to stay inside it is so beautiful and comfie , or stay outside because it is also a perfect , WOW!!
