EMS Tribute - If Everyone Cared 

EMS is the career field I've opted for after almost 4 years of doing fire from explorer to now. Not fire 1 but I thought I would. I didn't. Anyways just did my ride time yesterday for EMT class. Made 9 calls from 7am to 7pm. It's when I realized this is something I definitely want to pursue further to a degree

My grandma and both my parents were paramedics, to be a first responder its very hard work, I appreciate people who care about first responders. Im 16 right now and considering a paramedic or firefighter career. Also, to dad, mom and grandma, thank you for your service.

Grateful every day for our nations First Responders. I hear a siren or our Life Flight helo....I whisper a prayer for the responders and the patients....I don't know if prayer "helps" but it doesn't cost a thing to do and certainly doesn't harm anyone. Be safe, talk to each other and seek counseling for your grief, be blessed and Thank God for compassionate humans like y'all.

My mom’s Emt partner and family friend died of cancer this morning! 😭 I MISS HIM SO MUCH !! HE WAS A 2nd Dad to me ! We had good times and I’ll always remember those ! But I’ll miss having more ! R.I.P captain ! 😭🤧🙏🏻🇺🇸 I made a promise to be a first responder before you passed away and I’ll complete this promise! NO ONE WILL STOP ME !

If it weren't for the men and women who serve us and protect us, I'd be dead several times in my profession. May God bless every single person first responders

I have Epilepsy and EDS and I have had three seizures at my work and one at my home and EMT had to take me to the hospital, luckily when I dislocated my shoulder no one had to take me to the hospital . But I thank God for them!

TO sum up working in EMS/Fire or even first response in general. It is the most terrifying, stressful, irritating, depressing, hard, discouraging job out there. But with that, it is the most satisfying, gratifying, and best job that I could imagine. Take the bad with the good. There are days that will seem like you don't do a damn thing except sit on your ass but then there are days where you are doing anything and everything to save people and the look of comfort on those people's faces, the look of relief when you show up is what makes it all worth it.

I always Pray for the First Responders and that the Lord will Keep them Safe wherever they go and I know that He always will.

These folks like all first responders and our military are the true selfless heroes that make the real difference when our backs are up against the wall. They do it with far less pay then their true value and with the current climate in our country that all taxes are bad and the continued cutting of budgets for emergency services, it's a wonder that people still line up for these jobs. I know nobody does this job for the income but there comes a point when you have to provide for your family. Americans more and more are wanting champagne service at budget beer prices. That is until it's their life or someone they care about that is on the gurney.... Kudos to you all, keep up the great work and stay safe......

I really like watching this video it always reminds me of my dad thank you for making this this is the hospice it always reminds me of my dad and whenever I feel sad and I stood me up his reminds me of him cuz my dad works at a bar he's a paramedic A helps his friends out cuz I like it it's cool stuff to learn how to be a better it just reminds me of my dad so thank you for making this video

First responders are heroes don’t get nearly enough credit for all of the lives they save I know that’s not what they do it for but still they deserve more respect
