According to Lee Chaeyoung of Fromis_9, Eunbi is the strongest in the entire Off The Record agency. She beat Chaeyoung easily because Fromis_9 is very weak.
I think if Yujin got as serious about weight training as Eunbi apparently is, she might be even stronger eventually. That said, it's really clear that Eunbi takes her exercising seriously. Part of that is her dance background. You need a really strong core to dance well, and all her dancing has really built up strength in her legs. The big difference is it seems Eunbi works on her upper body strength too. You are right that she probably takes it easy on most of the members it seems other than Yena and Yujin who are also athletic and competitive about it. Chaeyeon's also strong, but I don't think she has as much of a competitive streak in her.
actually the fourth would be Hitomi. She looks like a fluff ball but she has extreme upper and lower body strength also during tug of war she won and during japanese shows with akb that involve strength.

Yena's gift is that not only is she pretty athletic and competitive, but she has a knack for doing such things in a fun way such as she apparently figured out she could scoot faster going sideways on her butt and that allowed her to ham it up for the camera as a bonus as she could look directly at it. You can see that Yujin, Yena, and Eunbi especially have an athlete's competitive fire. They pretty much play to win and take games a bit more seriously than some other members.
Yeah, considering that Eunbi is 7 years older than Yujin (I believe), she has a big edge from all those extra years of physical training. If Yujin started weight training she'd likely catch up to Eunbi and probably pass her due to being bigger. Yujin's not only tall, but she has a large frame that could carry a lot of muscle. Yujin is already a big dog like a Labrador. Give her a few years and she could be a Mastiff to Eunbi's Rottweiler.
Eunbi even beat Chaeyoung of fromis_9 in an arm wrestling match lol (Chaeyoung is their strongest member and can also split apples in half with her bare hands)
