Enable VoLTE & VoWiFi on your Xiaomi / Redmi / Poco on MIUI 12 (Carrier Check Disable Feature)

Hi I just want to check if volte or wifi is actually working after you enabled the settings? Enabling doesn't equal to working. I'm actually also using Optus and have the options enabled. But the features don't work. Still drops down to 3g when making calls

Excellent!!! In my case it worked and no, the hidden menu appeared and I was able to configure VoLTE on but when making the call it drops to 3G, the strange thing is that another older device with a personalized ROM with the same SIM allows me to make VoLTE calls, thanks for the help!!!!

After the MIUI 14 update, the VoLTE option was no longer available on my Redmi Note 9s. So, I had to stop depending on VoLTE. But thanks to this guy, I was able to activate VoLTE again today!!!

I just changed my mobile network to a new operator and the retail man told me that my Xiaomi Mix 3 model is too old and doesn't support VoLTE but the network operator website list of supporting mobile devices do included my model. Thank god, this worked!! I'm in the middle of nowhere, no signal and just switched from iPhone to Android. Iphone worked fine with my carrier but the Android phone had no options for wifi-calling until I hit those codes in! ;-)

So I bought 2 POCO X4 PRO 5g for each of my kids to replace their older phones, one of the older phones was using a 5g sim and the other just 4g lte. After swapping out the sims the Poco with 4g lte sim worked fine but the one with the 5g everything worked except, when made calls the other person couldn't hear anything. So after enabling volte through the dial pad everything works perfect thank you very much, really appreciate it.

Thank you so much for this! Managed to enable it on my 4 year old Xiaomi Mi Note 10 (android 11) as now in Australia they are shutting down 3G and I was informed that my device will be impacted. Looks like they are wrong! Will know for sure once 3G is switched off in Aug/Sept 2024

OMG. After my carrier enabled my volte and vowifi only volte is showing on the Poco M4 Pro 5G. I switched the sim to iphone 13 promax and i see vowifi. I switched back to Poco ans still volte only. Only after I follow the second steps from this video. Thanks a lot!

Switched Redmi 9 from Cricket to H2o wireless and rep said " you need a new device " like hell I do !!! I knew better but couldnt remember the codes so came in here and put the codes, phones is working as intended 4G LTE and all.

My imported phone is working now, able to call in and out after keying both codes. Thank you 👍

I'm assuming it didn't work because you didn't get the volte or WiFi calling symbol when you activated them, it worked for my mom on EE but not for me on O2, my O2 acc says both volte and WiFi calling are on but they just don't work no matter what I try on the phone.

I have the 13T, and it doesn't start to operate the VoWiFi until you reboot it. also if you disable it and then re-enable, you need to reboot it again. only then the VoWiFi icon is shown and the feature works. so annoying! any known solution for that?

My xiaomi poco F1 now fails to connect to the 3 network in London. £ tells me that they have upgraded the network to $G & 5G now. On settings, I cannot see or get access to enable LTE. Please help?
