iRacing has the regular ARCA, Truck, xFinity and Cup series at D, C, B, A licence levels respectively (though you can also race the cup car in NIS with a C licence) so my recommendation if you want to run cup eventually is to go to ARCA when you get out of rookies (though technically it's possible to get up to a D 4.0 safety rating in rookies and jump straight into C licence trucks)

Depends on goals. If you want to eventually get good at stock cars: Rookie - street stock, D class - ARCA Menards, C class - Trucks, B class - Xfinity.

@@Elijahnester Yes, none of those cars are base content. Also you'll need to buy any tracks you want that aren't base content. However it is possible to get up to D 4.0 in rookie street stock which allows you to run C class street stock, which runs free tracks fairly frequently, use that series to get a B 4.0 and then jump straight to A class cup series without buying any other cars. Problem is that street stock to cup is a huge step without any intermediate exprience
