I spent time in Taos, Questa, Red River as a kid, Rode my motorcycle on that loop many years later coming home from Sturgis, good memories. On one long trip I did, I overpacked, too much camping stuff (very hot) and too many clothes. I mailed my stuff, including dirty laundry home to my wife,,,,she was so excited, thought I mailed her a present. I still hear about that 20 years later. The more I travel the less I take!! Your visit to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial put me in mind of this from John Stuart Mill: "A man who has nothing which he is willing to fight for, nothing which he cares about more than he does about his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." Your channel has captivated my attention on a number of levels and I'm at the beginning. I've watched enough of your shows now to start feeling guilty for not contributing to your site. I ride an 02 Harley Low Rider and have always wanted to be on the road like you folks are doing....but life has always gotten in the way. This single video finally has prompted me to write. I''m 67 and ride my bike as often as the weather allows but not as much as I would like. Your videos, as well as my riding friends, encourage me to keep riding . It sucks to be getting old and hurt after a couple hundred miles on my bike but I refuse to quit. Fortunately, here in the rural Ozarks of Missouri I have many great roads off my driveway that delight me and provide me peace. Jack Keroewack, William Least Heat Moon, Earnest Hemmeingway, and others have always been my inspiration and now, so are you two, so thank you. It is also an inspiration to see a couple spending a lot of close time together and making a marraige work. I'm sure that life is not all wine and roses even though that doesn't come through in your videos. You two, as a couple, are a delight. God Bless and thank your for sharing your days on the road. I'm somewhat jealous... Maybe I'll run into you two at Sturgis or one of the other stops along the road.. Pat

+HarleysDinersRides we purchased one year of the Business online platform (eg RU-vid or Similar) it has a lot of selections. You can really dig deep into tracks.
