I think showing fewer bedrooms but including the kitchen and main receptions is essential. Bedrooms are easy to redecorate and many here. If travel to see the everyday essentials like the kitchen in a newly renovated Chateau, when there's alot on the market one is asking alot. Also a drone shot should be a requirement really. Videos don't capture the property in it's entirety but drone footage makes a huge difference. It's a beautiful property, from what I see. Very much completed for someone looking to not put in the work. It's a bit odd to see the rustic terracotta layed evetywhere in this Chateau, italian farmhouse style, makes me wonder what happened to the original floors? The separate house makes this more accessible, the chapel is darling and useful, and the fact the orangerie is left to the new owner to restore and reimagine a huge plus. Looks like a nice piece of land, hard to tell though. And considering the quite modern styled updates one wonders about the kitchen...

Great property, presentation is lacking. I’m shopping for property BTW. Shaky cam and influencer-centric POV is very distracting. Cyrille, I like your previous style much better.
