I have never seen green enchiladas made like this (dipped then fried) they must be so flavorful. And OMG, your abuelas hands can handle heat. What a wonderful and hard working abuela you have.

It's crazy how much your grandma reminds me of my mom. She passed away back in 2007 from cancer. Your cooking videos bring me back to when she cooked and all. What's crazy is that your grandma tasted that tomatillo sauce exactly how my mom used to haha. Thank you for the videos and bringing me back to when my mom used to cook. Thank you!

the sauce is almost exactly the way I make mine! I've never dipped the tortilla in the sauce, then fried it, I've always fried the tortilla, dipped it in the sauce, and then stuffed it with chicken and quest fresco. I need to try it this way! 💖

I am glad I watched this tutorial. This is much better than doing in a casserole dish. I like the idea you get a fried taste flavor with this it looks like, rather than just baked in sauce. I am definitely going to make it this way THANK YOU*** I ALWAYS have a Winter suply if Salsa Verde , jars in my pantry, looking forward to making a fresh batch to make this recipe this fall when I pick my Tomatillos from the garden .

This looks amazing ! But for anyone that wants to get rid of the sour flavor from the tomatillos , you can simmer boil the sauce . Fry the tortilla in oil then dip it in the green sauce after. There's millions of alternatives to make it. I actually liked how abuela made it 😋😋

I've saved so many of this beautiful ladies recipes! such a shame she is no longer with us. Her memory goes on with her recipes and these videos.

These were so good!! I had tried so many canned salsas that were so terrible. It was so cool to make something so fresh and easy that tasted so good! I messed up the first two tortillas but then I got the hang of it. ☺️
