Nice Job.... I am in the process of converting an 8x16 v-nose cargo trailer into an RV and Mobile Sign Shop. I am just starting the walls and cabinets construction. I just sold a 15-passenger shuttle bus that I lived in for 3 years and traveled out west during the winters. I had to sell the shuttle bus because I purchased a large format color printer to make contour cut decals/stickers, koozies, t-shirts, magnetics, banners, mousepads, etc. The large format color printer would have taken up a lot of storage space so I needed to get something bigger. I did a complete conversion series on the shuttle bus from the ground up and now am doing a new series on the cargo trailer conversion. They are on my YT channel.
I too am more comfortable with metal than with wood. I was thinking of metal frames and wood covering for everything. I'm saving this video for inspiration for when I start building out my trailer.
That wood work is defiantly a whole different arts form! The wood over metal worked out good for me! Ya get that strength in a smaller package but still have the appearance with the wood on the outside 👌🏻 good luck on your build!
Oh my gosh I love that bed can you sell the blueprint to the bed ? You’re so lucky you have a mom that’s sew’s. Your welding and the creation of it is also very crafty.💕🦋
Dude you are so talented superb in the work you do you blew my mind you took this to another level way above anybody on youtube. And PS. I like your shirt effort 110% always peace out
Hey sorry I missed your comment! But thank you for the kind words! Stoked to hear you like the build and content! Also stoked you like the shirt! I made em for that little reminder you need sometimes!
Who's shops are those? Is it a place you just work? Family owned? I'm just curious cuz I miss the beginning of it but it seems like you have every tool imaginable and unlimited supplies. And there's nothing wrong with that! I'm jealous! LOL
Yeah my fam owns the bigger shop and I used to work at the other shop where I had the fancy metal working tools! I gotta buy all my own supplies but they have been kind enough to let me use their equipment! I own some of the equipment I used to build this but the big ticket items like benders and the plasma table belong to Bent Metal Off-road 🤘🏼
very talented !Nice work . Did the jack knife mechanism end up being your final version ? ( sturdy, smooth, go long term) version? If so , i was wondering if the prints would be avail. ? or , would you sell a pair ? Thanks , Mark
With everything including the trailer I’m into it roughly 17k give or take. Now if I had built it recently.. woulda been like 69k with the price of wood 😂
Can you show how to losd your toy...no one shows what/how they load their toys. I'm particularly interested to see if an electric golf cart would fit. Anyone out there have advice?
You can kinda see the setup at the start of this video! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HkicU-XwSJw.html I use the e track towards the front of the cargo area and the two stock d rings for the back! I also use e track under a stand to tie my dirtbike down. A golf car would defiantly fit! I have 13’ of cargo space!
The ones at the 22:05 ish mark? You can snag em from Heatwavevisual.com! These are called the supercat and I think I may have ordered the gold lenses separately
