I started doing drugs years ago as a teenage, got addicted to fentanyl. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Fentanyl addiction actually destroyed my life. @@rmp5640 I know...but then you must try to solve your emotional problems by yourself. I understand that it's not easy, I personally had to read many books and articles in psychology and still working on myself mastering self-discipline and controlling my thoughts and emotions.

My recipe in situations where the pressure on you becomes big, almost too big: Leave the scene and look for solitude and silence, look for exercising your body, eat clean, sleep well, don't take medications, drugs or other short-term reliefs, don't look back, focus on what YOU have in your hands, what you can instantly change for the better, focus on long-term goals but act so you see short-term benefits. Everything else comes with time. Some things like pregnancy cannot be accelerated despite all technology we have in modern World, means, some things in life take the time they need. Accept that, accept to act, move and thinkg slower which will prevent you from wrong decisions and actions based on emotions! Talk to yourself, not to others. Believe in God and come back to your life. And in some cases where there is no way out (sickness), remain calm and keep your head always up, even if your condition gets worse. Always up!

It is all true! Today, it's exactly 131 days, i've quit smoking. After 25 years. I work in casino, where nearly everyone smokes. Everyone is nervous and under stress. And i've just said to myself - fuck this! I've started to work out, gain muscles, now I have 13kg more muscle weight, feel confident and happy with myself... What else could I say? Being addicted to shit like this is nothing, but waste of time, money and therefore Your Life... Be honorable.

The 25 push-ups on your fists is the best. If you've never done a November 9000 pushup challenge, highly suggest doing something similar at least once in your life. 300 push-ups a day for 30 days. The first four days are tough but get through. Even if you are doing sets of five at a time. The dividends it pays are worth it

How to get rid of addictions? Work every day 12 hours minimum, come home, shower, eat and you will die infront of the tv from exhaustion in half an hour... Eventualy you will learn what is life and how to respect yourself and others...

I was an addict for years to hard drugs and alcohol that always just kept to myself. It was only just a few days ago as a matter of infact that I finally came to my breaking point when one night I encountered 5 demons in separate nightmares which I fought alone but also my severe depression. After that day I vowed never again would I ever take drugs or alcohol to fill a temporary void and so my 2024 new years resolution is not only to get clean but also back into shape and hobbies that take my mind off of depression.
