Teep kick. Nice opener. Esp with the opponent's high open guard. Love the destroying (and tying up) the guard followed by whatever's next. Really depends on the situation, and what your training is.
If you move first you have a chance to hit first. But if he is on guard he can move away easily. The better move is to retreat steadily as he is only has hands up.
if u can take a hit by a big or small guy then go closer. thats my opinion. in terms of physic. maybe grappling or etcs. but becareful of your generation. Btw i do look up to your technique and sense of humour😂 *salutation*
u are my teacher my boss. pls make more kind of mixed martial art self defense techniques in terms of hitting on their weaknesses. i am your number one fan rather than looking up on to others. make more videos of self techniques my boss cos ive been a lone warrior for so long getting beaten up by individual and multiple so i think im having PTSD i guess due to violence ive gone through since childhood and now im 32.😆Hope u understand my boss. u are my inspiration.. 💪
I believe in some cases a fight can be finished without contact through demonstrating you know how to punch, elbow, knee, move and co-ordinate - people have second thoughts about fighting
