End of Day (Do You Hear the Pikmin Sing?) 

Every Pikmin fanwork I've seen has olimar either knowing each Pikmin's Birthday and favorite color, or being more callous than a Russian General in WWI. There's no in between.

Admittedly, I'm not normally a fan of the whole "main character is actually a horrible person" type of fanworks, but I like how this song does it from the perspective of a hopelessly loyal underling. Haven't seen that angle be done before.

Well, if there's a pikmin that could survive overnight, the sergeant would be it. Most swole pikmin I ever saw.

This is exactly why i never reset on any sublevel, or use reverse time mechanics, it's not that pikmin are expendable, it's about using their deaths as a lesson, to get better, and to have something to fight for. A story without sacrifice is like olimar without his pikmin

As someone who has followed you since the early days of "Brawl in the Family", I just have to say I have adored these musical shorts and it is great to see both your art and sense of humor once more. Kudos!

I hate how many people think that Olimar ensla*es the pikmins when their relationship is completely win-win and symbiotic. But the fact, that you put it on a pikmin angle makes it much more interesting.

Personally, I like to think of this as a reflection on the insatiable human need for positive reinforcement and borderline zealot like belief in something that doesn't believe in you.

It's kinda trippy since I was just listening to a bunch of Les Misérables and now I see a parody of one of the songs.

I don't see any comments mentioning it, so I'm gonna say that this is a really interesting take on the Les Mis song, and if you haven't heard it much you really wouldn't tell that it's a cover of Do you hear the people sing. Very cool stuff!

I would have made the Pikmin Atlas statue a purple pikmin to honor the massive strength of the absolute unit, but otherwise a great vidya.

This makes want a Pikmin TV show with Seargent Blue in it. I also want to see more of the red pikmin leading the rebellion. I love how you draw pikmin.

Kinda want a sequel for the Blue Pikmin lieutenant, where he’s leading the Glow Pikmin (and any survivors of the stragglers left behind with him) in a Night Expedition. Potential music to parody could be “In The Dark of the Night” from Anastasia. But as a song of grim determination to survive instead of vengeance.

yknow to be completely fair to olimar and the other playable characters, in all the games there is absolutely no way the pikmin would build their numbers otherwise. Especially in pikmin 4 which is funny cause in that game there are wild pikmin (there is also wild pikmin in 2 and 3 but barely compared to the caves in 4), but every single wild pikmin is either stuck in something, endlessly fighting a creature, or just standing in a high place doing jack all, and at the end of the game (SPOILERS) Moss takes up the mantle of being the pikmin leader, which seems to only be beneficial to growing the population. also I understand that I just morphed into the nerd emoji in front of your very eyes, I apologize

If fans don't see this, I say it's a dandori issue.

i remember like 5 years ago i stumbled across the bitf website and read every single comic and listened to every single song and genuinely cried when i heard one final song also i found all the pikmin types: red, yellow and blue are obvious we have white, purple and rock at 0:40 winged at 1:17 ice at 2:00 and finally, glow at 2:06
