If Vande bharat trains are important and needed then railway vacancies are also and budget and investments in railways is also (from govt p.o.v., from share holder's p.o.v. etc too) We need both internal as well external / on borders a very good security. If we would be alive, then only we will be able to talk about employment or inflation etc so safety from terrorism is extremely imp. We need best of best forgeign policy so that our import export, oil imports etc. can be managed at optimum price which affects overall prices of our products. So pls look at all aspects, not just few selected ones.

The definition of dictatorship only applies to north Korea. Modern day dictatorship is a balance between tyranny and foreign diplomacy. You do what you want to but when asked questions leave space for basic answers. And coming to south India, the identity of south India has always been different from north.
