I wanted to make a quick update video about what's been going on lately in my life. I haven’t posted in a month and a half due to some very stressful things going on, it's just been one of those times we all go through when we're juggling too many balls in the air at once. I'm a 24-year-old from Ontario, Canada. I’ve been struggling with multiple mental health disorders for over 8 years which affect every aspect of my daily life. Over this time I’ve experienced a lot of setbacks, victories, learned lessons, and discovered resources that help with the daily challenges of mental health. On this channel I share these experiences both by going over ones in the past and the things I experience right now in my life as I continue to work on improving my mental health.
