Would it be a good idea to have some sort of fixture to build the aspire apphost only once for multiple tests/projects or is it "better" to absorb the "build time" every tests?
Can Aspire Testing help to spin up temporary infrastructure like databases, use these for tests then throw them away after (similar to what Test Containers does)?
