'Ender's Game' Star Asa Butterfield on Meeting Harrison Ford 

He's so dang pretty

This kid is super talented. I had no idea he was in Hugo and Boy in Striped Pajamas. Then I was like.. wait, is he american or english? I don't expect much from child actors when it comes to putting on accents, when I saw Ender's Game I just assumed he was some american kid. Then I rewatched parts of Pajamas and tried to figure out, was his english accent fake, or was his american accent (from Ender's Game) fake? It seems both were put on. If this is his normal accent then he put on quite a convincing accent in both movies.

I don't know why I didn't hear of this movie until a couple of days ago..but just recently watched the film- and it honestly was a really really good movie. Really hoping they film the next of the series. Movie deserved more profit than it actually made- maybe they should do a better job promoting the movie.

John Macs, he adopted an American accent for the role. It is not so uncommon these days as many actors from England and other parts of the UK , Australia, etc. have seemingly mastered American accents for various roles. Arguably, many international actors have become more adept at playing Americans than Americans have at playing foreigners.
