so according to u if a submarine attacks USA and leaves . USA will be unable to identify who did this attack either north korea or Russia or china or pakistan . but every country monitors the movements of submarines around the world of different countries through satellite. And during non war time period half of the submarines usually stay at bay. submarines even track other submarines and cost guard planes like pi8 also helps in identifying subs around there costal borders so attacking any country and leaving silently is impossible That's why no one does this move .
