This makes me understand that if you choose to kill a sans it takes you to a different phase 3. I would like that if you choose ulb or kab, hardmode sans and decandent society appear and die, that would explain why they are not in phase 5.
i had managed to translate some of the stuff, basically ainavol blocked the hit for agem, causing his bone to snap into two. In the end of phase 2，Chara can only choose one of them to attack，and others will transferred(by Observer!G) to seek support.The chosen one will not die immediately, but will not have enough strength to transfer,so him need to fight with Chara and buying time for others. FFTBO and Boneliest quite similar in lemotifs. they both made by frakture, and you can see FFTBO appear in Boneliest fight. So FFTBO have something to do with Bonliest. Maybe in ETO timeline FFTBO and Boneliest are the same Sans.

Boneliest is basically FFTBO but halloween version (still confused why those 2 have some kind of connections to each other tbh since both of their music have parts that belong to Boneliest or either FFTBO)

boneliest is the "aftermath' of FFTBO. I'd not say that he can transform ~instantly... Boneliest steals eyes of Sanses so it must at least take some time before he is able to change his appearance
In phase 3 the human has to choose one of the Sanses to fight while the others leave. In this case, choosing AGEM leads to ainavol and FFTBO helping him
