The nem chua has to be my favorite bye far. The bread here is also different from other breads you get in Saigon as it has a pull and density to it.

Bánh Tráng Dừa Mạch Nha- A sweet treat with the addition of the barley syrup. The texture of the banh trang, coconut together with the sweetness made this a snack which I kept coming back for to eat.
