During the clinical cleaning and shaping, sodium hypochlorite is the main irrigant that is always loaded and replenished in between files and rule of Irrigation-Recapitulation-Reirrigation is followed. Final irrigation with Liquid EDTA for 30sec and drying of canals using paper points. I don't have vacuum facility

Sir How much should ideal irrigation time positive pressure irrigation with 30g neddle irrgant i use edta liquid during instrumentation and then 6 % hypochlorite i also do mannual agitation gp

Hi, with all practical approach and possibilities, each canal, should have atleast minimum of 1 min of agitation of irrigants, each for hypo and edta. The constant irrigation, recapitulation and re-irrigation concept during endodontic treatment gives sufficient time for hypochlorite to act on bacteria present and suffice the requirements of good disinfection

Jugad..Will lead to treatment quality less than optimum. At the end of the day, patient should be benefitted, so consider ethical reduction in treatment costs to make it more cost effective for the patients and lesser armamentarium in modality
