Drs were dismissive of my extreme symptoms for 15+ years. It was so traumatic to finally get a response that wasn't something along the lines of, 'sometimes women get pain with their cycle. Take more ibuprofen regularly'.

Awww Thank you so much! I truly appreciate your kind words and the follow. I am not on hormone therapy I do have a video on that. I'm planning my new content for 2023, this year has really been a bit rough for me mentally, and spiritually, so I'm excited to share that part of me and how I'm managing surgical menopause naturally.
