15 years and I finally was diagnosed. Sadly I had a tiny fracture in my back and I ended up getting a huge lumbar posterior anterior fusion in order to fix all my back pain in pelvic pain but 15 years later I ended up finding out it was endometriosis that was causing the pain all along. The spinal fusion was completely unnecessary and it was just my endometriosis causing all this pain sadly. So not only do I have a horrible ton of pain from endometriosis pain and diagnosed we also have a lumbar fusion that has over-complicated my life and increased my pain and discomfort a great deal. Sadly the spinal fusion was through my abdomen and the spinal surgeon is not trained for endometriosis so I think he just overlooked everything he probably had saw and never told me or informed me of it. I have years and years of suffering that was completely unnecessary. I'm praising the Lord everyday that I'm finally diagnosed and learning from Nancy's nook!! Thank you so much!
