You couldn't tell he Cynte was a giga chad by the fact that when he was dismembered he dragged himself with one arm to a flatten iron to cauterized his wounds...
imagine this but in a horror game, you slice off someone's legs and an arm you think they are done for you leave them and then they run by you at 100mph and they are just unloading into you with a revolver that you thought was broken

That first scene of gameplay with you scrambling for the cauterizing tool after just having your legs ripped off is horrifying but hilarious at the same time.
It's not even a cauterizing tool, it's striaght up a clothing Iron. Dude fighting an army with severe 3rd degree burns, 3/4 limbs missing and a parasite. If there was ever a doomslayer outside of the doom franchise, it would be him for sure

This guy has one arm, he got all his limbs torn away and he just used an iron to heat the injuries. This guy has a parasit trying to get into his brain, yet he keeps being calm. This guy carries a lot of weigh and still moves very fast. This guy kills a lot of various monsters that have a significant power against him. Cynte basically is mute the entire game, he only groans and screams , but without any words, except for cutscenes... He has felt the pain... that no one could comprehend...
I just imagine the look on Lucy’s after seeing Cynte reach her in 15 minutes cover in every single inside of every parasite, wielding, and managing 4 weapons, and with just one arm (Kinda wish this was an actual thing in the story)
Physically weak my ass, this guy moves at supersonic speeds with one arm, plus he can take the recoil of a double barrel with Just One Arm This guy must've been going at it like a maniac during those lonely nights

i remembered this game and decided to watch this, thinking “lets see how fast this one-limbed guy can go” and i have never been more concerned about Cynte having the possibility of developing carpal tunnel
Scuttling at the speed of sound. What really was impressive was stacking the hairball monsters then killing them all with 4 shots. "I didn't bring enough bullets for everyone, so you're going to have to share!"
thanks dude , quite a sweaty arm lol I'm working on the 1.0.3+ run, my pb is 16:30 but unlike this first run of mine i'm trying every single optimization found by the community before uploading ; my sum of best is 15:30 which is wild, even faster than current release version run !
This guy is out crawling the rats with how fast and smooth he slithers across the floor. So fast NOT EVEN THE DARKNESS CAN KEEP UP HOW IS HE MOVING THAT FAST? Fantastic run dude, I was watching Markiplier play it and was curious how fast it could be beat since there's potential for some solid movement and well, here it is. Some time was lost from a few misses with the ammo but frankly the efficiency of it is nothing short of impressive.
😭😭I feel like there's gonna be a speed run even faster than this at some point cuz there's fumbles with reloading or door pressing that could really streamline it This is crazy Impressive though!!!
i didnt realize you skipped the flaregun until you had the crossbow. i feel like it could make some of the act 3 sections (especially the boss) quicker, but it's at least a 20s investment just to reach it so it's sensible to skip it thinking about it. curious if it'll get used in more improved runs.
@@iamagreatape9576 update 1.0.5 brought a new difficulty with more numerous and buffed ennemies, and less ammo. Nobody did a speedrun of it yet I think, it has to be done
I was laughing so much watching this. I found it especially funny when the Aliens/Monsters were just standing around or seemingly suprised by the MC. But i guess i would be suprised to if a one armed Torso sprinted past me at the speed of fast.
Shaven off almost 2 min and a half…! Great speedrun! And there’s even room for improvement, based on the last biomass he was shooting at the boss fight. gg
