What a good guy Chris is. That’s a serious piece of gear. I am an Amazon driver and have only been able to get my hands on a pretty junky scope. It would be a great opportunity to LOOK through this scope, let alone own it. Thank you Ed for bringing so many people (including myself) into the hobby. Cheers from southern Maine🦞

Hey Ed, thank you for your invaluable videos, I love watching you demo all of the scopes and helping me to understand more about Schmidt-Cassegrain. I was really scared of them because of I had no idea how they work before and decided to go with a 10'' dob that I got second hand will all of your provided tips. Loving every second of it. Keep up the good work and professionalism in this area, additionally, I would like to thank Chris for this amazing opportunity and congratulate anyone who will pick the scope up!.

As a member of Chagrin Valley Astronomical Society, we have twelve (12) acres, six (6) telescope on site. Which is great for our Members, but does allow any of them to be taken to talks and star parties. If we won this, I would pick it up and donate it to CVAS. It could be taken to schools, county fairs, talks etc. Other than that, really enjoy your site. Especially, the transparency and candid comments. You've been a big help to me developing my home Astronomy setups. Keep up the great work. PJ

Very generous of you to give away this nice telescope. I bought my first telescope last sept(2023) , an Orion spaceprobe with an eq mount and got really frustrated with that type of mount , for a beginner. Then I saw the video where you said that the best beginner telescope is an 8'' dob , so I followed your advice and bought one. Thanks for the tip , far more easy to operate compared to the Spaceprobe. I'm trying to sell it to buy a virtuoso gti 150p , because I want to interest my wife and children to my hobby and from another one of your videos, this scope is a perfect fit. Thanks ED!
