Because the mainstream media isn't trying to accurately relay global affairs. Mainstream media in the US is only to support the agenda and the narrative, not to keep you informed. If CBS, Time Warner, Viacom, Newscorp, Disney & GE don't want you to know that there were explosives in the twin towers, then you'll remain ignorant to their global agenda. Control of the domestic heroin trade and transformation of what used to be a free nation....
I'm Nigerian and I've been harrased by SARS so this means a lot, Especially now that the government here have found means to downplay the motives behind the protests.
Honestly tifo, you have no idea how much this means. You spoke the fair and true side of the youths and lended a voice to us, you were already my favorite football channel but I have a new level of respect now
I'm a Nigerian and I am happy that the best football channel, imo, is covering this. So many promising lives have been lost to those monsters. So once again, thanks Tifo
Great Coverage TIFO. As a Football fan that followed this story as it happened you're accuracy spot on, and as a Nigerian I commend you guys for telling this story here. Respect TiFo🇳🇬

Everything said is true, all we asked for as young people was to stop getting killed by the people meant to protect us! we will never forget the heroes that fell during the course of the protests, we will do this for them, for us and for our future! ... once again, thank you for coverage!
Wow, I'm a Nigerian, born and raised in Nigeria and I most say that I'm impressed, you guys narrated the events exactly as it happened/happening. I must also commend the narrator on his pronunciation of the locations in Nigeria featured in this video, he did a very Good job. Kudos guys, I love your channel

Tifo is always producing top quality videos both in terms of content and originality, keep up the great work!!! Would love to see more content on social issues like this
The informations you gave are close to the things we locals know. You did Justice to this. And the fact that your accent isn't so off the mark. Good Job.
Again I shed a tear while watching this.. Everything you've said is just so true. I've been at the forefront of the protests, because on countless occasions I've been harrassed by this particular unit. Thank you TIFO !!!!
I felt heartbroken when tifo told that the Army shoot their own citizens. I'm from Romania, in 89' my people started a revolution to remove the Ceausescu dictator which was in power. The Army receive orders to shoot at their people and they refused, instead, many of them joined the protesters who were chanting: "The army is on our side!" And "Ceausescu out!" After that, the army received orders to retreat, and the crazy dictator was captuted and killed. Stay strong Nigerians, the army and all the corrupt forces are made out of Nigerians, in the end, Nigerian people will win!
Thanks Tifo Football for shining some light on the pain and suffering we endure in this country. Hopefully we can continue to get some more support from everyone.
Thank you for letting the world know of the atrocities being committed by the Nigerian government. My respect and admiration for this channel has just grown even more.
You have just got it spot on. Exactly true. I appreciate this. Our protests have been peaceful. These shootings are just unimaginable actions even under global watchful eyes only to frustrate any voice that dares to speak.
