My knees and feet are vibrating and tingling and my ear 👂 is wow it's super strong but in a good way I think is these normal the ear .my feet feel a little hot 🔥 know omg

can anyone explain to me why when i relax and space out for a second to get in the zone someone like a family member will flush the toilet or something at that exact moment. and then i get rattled and end up nervous and losing all my energy feeling ill like them. feels like an energy swap where my mind and body go from healing into sort of a basic trauma.

feeling alot better, just cried my eyes out in heavy energy healing, now I'll polish off here and face the day, it's all I can do.
