Intuitive, Energy Healer and Crystal Therapist, Kelly Peacey @kellypeacey774 joins Interfaith Minister and Sacred Journalist, Rev. Helen James @revhelenjames8349 to talk about the current collective energies, astrology, and how best to protect our own energies as light beings having a human experience of Gaia.
In this first episode, Helen and Kelly look at self love and doing the inner work to be a safe container for others and how reiki and crystals can help. We also discover more about Kelly and Helen's personal journeys, Helen is now studying to become a Soul Midwife supporting people at end of life.
The ladies, who both live near Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire, UK, want to convey the real experience of coping with the breakdown of the 3D existence during the ascension process and the excitement about co-creating a new world as we head towards the 'Golden Age'.

Heal yourself with mint, neem and eucalyptus. Sweeten with lavender, rosemary, and chamomile. Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a hint of cinnamon. Put love in tea instead of sugar and drink it looking at the stars. Heal yourself with the kisses that the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain. Stand strong with our bare feet on the ground and with everything that comes from it. Be smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with your forehead. Jump, dance, sing, so that you live happier. Heal yourself with beautiful love, and always remember .. you are the medicine."
