Kate’s family speaking Chinese is the absolute cutest thing 🥰🥰🥰🥺🥺🥺 also, that was interesting hearing you say you out too much water before showing the cooking. I wanted to warn Mengran when he said to put more water!! 😂😂😂
Thank you Kate!! I definitely did the wrong thing-adding way too much water and not to mention the sticky rice should require less water! Ahh embarrassing 😂
See your happy family cooking traditional chinese food again, still make me feel so great to watch your cute kids, kate and grandma enjoying that food, even though it fail first time.
I've no idea of 8 treasures rice! Your dear 老婆 got it done nicely second time around! And it looks not only beautiful but deli! Such happy adorable cute kids! In Malaysia, the last day of the lunar new year we Hokkiens call it Chap Goh Mei - the fifteen night In Penang, the single ladies throw Mandarin oranges with their phone numbers written on them into the sea in the hope of finding partners. The hopeful males would fish them out and the rest is 缘分 -fate's way hehehe.....
Kids are so cute! Traditionally Chinese New Year ends on 15th day. Walnut is good for the brain, gojiberries good for the eyes, lotus roots is good for the lungs, according to chinese Traditional medicine. All the ingredients in the 8 treasures are loaded with nutrients! N that Tiger paper plates, very appropriate! Thank you for sharing your celebration n making the 8 treasures dessert.🙏❤🇨🇳
Happy lunar new year to you and your family. It is a great joy to see your family. Especially your two lovely kids. Kate did a great job to made the bao po rice . Looks great. And sure it is very yummy. Glad Mary enjoy the rice too. Save some for Scott and Mel.
