If your profiting from the deliveries alone, then better stay at your current business address and save some money to move your business to a place that you can buy. Even though your dine-in customers decreased, it's still good business if your deliveries can cover all shop expenses plus having profit. The place seems to be lucky because as a first -time shop owner, you managed to keep your shop afloat and it seems to be successful despite numerous competitors. Still, it's your call. Don't feel rushed to make a decision, even though I'm sure it's agonizing to go over in the mind many times I'm sure. Someone raised a good point in the comments about having a steady delivery clientele. If foot traffic is down everywhere, it might be difficult to set up a customer base until the economy improves. If deliveries were down or not meeting business needs then absolutely time to move. Tough call, you have my sympathies!
