Meh... it is all processed at some big factory and just re-packaged on site... like Starbucks products... look nice in the case - but it is not "freshly made". Panera at least bakes right on site... but your local mom-pop bakery and/or patisserie will give you a much better product!

pesto12601 Well they actually make most of the products at each and every store. That’s why some products tastes a little bit different depending on what branch of Tous les Jours (or Paris Baguette, another famous Korean bakery brand) you go to. It’s smells so good when you go into the store when they take out breads fresh out of the oven!

뚜레쥬르에서 잠깐 일했었는데 빵 종류는 당연히 많고 또 이름이 너무 다양해서 외우는데 힘들고 특히 포스기 쓰는게 어려웠던것같네요ㅠㅠㅜ 저는 포스기에서 표시된 빵 위치랑 종류도 알아야되는게 힘들었어요 이걸 다 하시다니 대단하시네요ㅠ

처음으로 시청하는 유튜브인 것 같네요. 제가 지금 열심히 제과제빵실기시험 준비중인 50대아줌마입니다. 20년 넘게 베이킹을 하고 있는데 시험 한번 보자고시작했는데 시험본다고 하니 잘하던것도 잊어버리고 실전은 힘든가 봅니다. 그래도 자격증을위해 앞으로 출발합니다. 이런 영상 넘 좋아압니다. 포장하는걸 즐겨합니다.제품만들어서 포장해서 지인들 나누어주고 선물하고 넘 좋아요. 그래서 포장하시는 것 보고 있으면 달인 이신 것 같아요.이쪽에서 오래 일하셨나봐요. 감사합니다.즐거운 영상 잘 보고 갑니다.

Tbh one of the main reasons I want to go to korea is the bread and dessert!! Like u can’t find this stuff in America, and there are some Asian bakery here but not a lot and they don’t have this much varieties And OMG IN KDRAMAs when they show a bakery or cafe it looks fill with so much delicious bread and stuff.

저도 뚜레쥬르 스물초중반에 근무햇는데... 너무추억인듯합니다. 못해도 11년? 이긴한데 사장님과 트러블에 않조앗던것도잇지만 일하면서는 정말잼잇엇죠. 문열리면 "맛잇는뚜레쥬르입니다."엿던가요? 인사가그랫엇죠. 다른가게 밥먹으러가서도 나도모르게 외쳣던게 기억납니다. 잘않나가는 빵은 저 삼각형포장으로 왠지 고급스럽게 포장해놓고 ㅋㅋㅋ잘먹혓어요.ㅋㅋ 논산 내동점 오픈때부터 일하고. 나중에 서울가서도 해본게 유일해서 선릉점가서 일햇엇는데. 지금도 새록새록. 추억에 마음이 두근설레네욥♡♡
