Hi Simply, Im the new subscriber 😊. Thank you for the English subtitles! You asked about how others dealing with anxiety. As for me, I found that meditation before going to bed helps me tremendously. It'd take a while, but paying attention to my breathing helps calm me down. I only last 10-15 minutes. Hope you will give it a try😊. I also find running 3-4x/week lifts my spirit up. But some days are just so hard...Have a pleasant week!
