I think its smart for Hybe to just remodel/renovate and rent the building for now eventually if they want they can buy it. So far Hybe's over-all decision making has made them at the top so no doubt they have plans which they can't reveal atm. I guess they value #1 when it comes to owning the actual building. Mind you Hybe has the most earnings/profit amongst K entertainment companies. So let's just wait and see what the future holds. Hybe fighting!
Actually after I understand the content I dont think that its quite smart if they rent this building...the deposit is 17 billion and the monthly payment is 1.7 billion...if BANG PD build their own building they can make a very beautiful building with that fccking money... the things inside the building are so expensive... just look how huge that building is... there fccking rich..

If Hybe bought the building it will be pretty hard to sell the whole thing unless they sell it to an entertainment company who has billions of won. As in the next buyer has to be as rich or richer than HYBE. By renting, they can mobilize easily without having to worry about what to do with the building. I thought about it, too. Why not just buy the building? Then it came to me that it would be hard to sell it if they decide to move their base of operation. Also, HYBE building is HUGE. And as we know HYBE Insight is a cluster of multiple entertainment companies. Things might change in the future.. changes that will require them to get an even bigger building.

To anyone asking why they're in 10th place, they mentioned that hybe only has the building on lease and they dont own the land... not really sure about this but they keep mentioning that they should have bought the land instead of renting it. Other entertainments on the top of the list own the lands and their building plus they add the total number of buildings the company owns. Correct me if im wrong tho

HYBE has like 7 salons for their artist, multiple and big dance practice rooms, a filming studio, a library, the cafeteria is big too with an amazing view in both sides and cheap for employees and the labor conditions for their employees are so good, they have access to installations like the gym for example...I wish I can visit the museum some day :(
Actually HYBE building is the most expensive out their among all ent. company. Bcz the total cost HYBE building is 53 billion won meanwhile YG building total cost which ranked 1st is only 36 billion won. It's a smart move of HYBE to already move into a huge building on rent, they can own it whenever they want.
In case there're people wondering why HYBE is no.10, it's because the building is rented, not bought. Other companies own their buildings so the prices are higher.
Hi, from what I know, the original name of the building is Yongsan Trade Center and in 2019, there were already lots of articles talking about how the entire building was rented by the company.
@@Hobihobi-mc9kc they rent it..and they didn't build the building they remodel it...The building was already there before..They rent and remodelling it especially the ground floor and all and from what I heard not sure if its true though..not all the room are rent by them is what I heard..But can be wrong though

In all honesty, I’m in love with the design of the building. Its exterior simple, elegant and gigantic, but their interior MY GOD! Who thought of this?? Not only is it spacious, but the spaces designed are so well thought of and so philosophical! I salute whoever thought of this and designed/remodeled the building!

Hi, just want to correct you a little bit. Justin, Ariana, Demi, J Balvin and etc are not under/part of Hybe as they have their own label. SB Proj (under Hybe) is not a label, it's a management company that is paid by artists to manage them. It's different from owning artists. Therefore, they have nothing to do with Hybe business.
I'm just glad BTS members are getting the special treatment (like having the biggest practice room) in that building. As long as they're comfortable with what they have then I have nothing to say lol especially when they're already multimillionaires
