Yes the eye tear mole plus Dilreba has more oval face and pronounced upper lip dip (I forgot what you called it ? 🤔 but a “v” beauty marker). Also Reba has an innocent childlike aura. April is you have a more round-square face.

This look is gorgeous April, and you explained and demonstrated it very clearly. You have a good understanding of facial anatomy. I love this look on you. Very very very glamorous, soft and subtle. So many makeup artist vlogers are very clever but their looks are so over the top dramatic that it borders on a drag queen look. While I admire what they can do, I would prefer to look enhanced but 'natural' That is how you appear to me. Absolutely will look weird. This only work on camera with smooth filter . Will not work in real live tho. And from side look will be ridiculous because the nose bridge is not hight as that actress
