[Banana bread] 6inch round or square pan. (8 pieces)
sugar 90g
salt 1g
1 egg
coconut oil 1/3 cup (80g)
almond flour 1 cup(170g)
baking powder 1 tsp (substitute for 1/4 tsp baking soda)
cinammon powder 1/4 tsp (optional)
milk 20ml
vinegar 1/4 tsp (sub. lemon juice)
vanilla extract 1tsp
banana 2-3 (1 cup= 250g)
nuts, preferably walnut 1/3 cup (60g)
* Prepare all ingredients at a similar temperature if possible.
* Smash banana.
* Add the vinegar in the milk.
* Mix the dry ingredients.
1. In a bowl, add all the ingrents and mix it.
2. Bake it at 170C (338F) oven for 45 minutes.

[Ganache] Frosting for a 6inch round or squar pan. (8 pieces)
Full cream 88g
Couverture chocolate 88g
Butter 18g
1. Heat up the cream to 176F to 194F.
2. Add chocolate and wait until the temperature reaches down to 104F 122F.
3. Mix it well and add the butter at 98F-104F.
4. Leave it on the table until it's lukewarm then harden it in the fridge for an hour.
