Is the breakfast, tea/snacks, & cocktails complementary with the club lounge access?

Yes. You just have a book a room has a club access. I checked the website and offering same service still and this is what it says: Elevate your stay with Grand Club access and enjoy exclusive breakfast, all-day refreshments and evening cocktails as well as private check-in and check-out services. Hope this helps!
