And being attracted to someone else doesn't mean they are actually good for each other. Dex tend to look at the physical side at first but then realize later on the show that attraction can also goes beyond his usual type of girls. What Seulki and Dex had was pure infatuation. So even if Dex did got together with Seulki after, they won't last. Why? It's because Jinyoung is too honest, chill and the unromanticise kind of man. Regardless, he would need to be willing to relocate to USA if they were to pursue a relationship together. She is working very hard toward becoming a doctor in USA. I think it is a lot to think about.

This is me speculating, but when I read between the lines, she means she's willing to date seriously for 2-3 years and do RU-vid before going to med school, and if the relationship is serious after those 3 years, who knows what will happen. Maybe her partner would relocate to the US, or maybe she wouldn't go to med school at all and focus on family life. You never know. Also, both Nadine and Jinyoung could potentially make a living from RU-vid in those 3 years, and with this kind of online-income-job it doesn't really matter where you live. Jinyoung would not need to relocate to the USA permanently. They could both just move between US and Korea every 6 months while dating, travel VLOGing or something, or once a year.
