【Synopsis】In the spring of 1949, in order to uncover the assassination team and stop the uprising of Kuomintang Party, the Songjiang City Security Bureau task force used Su Wenqian, a sniper master as an adviser to counter the No. 1 killer Chi Tiecheng sent by Kuomintang Party. Su Wenqian was a civil patriot who was active on the battlefield of the Anti-Japanese War and partnered with Chi Tiecheng for many years. However, Su Wenqian, who had vowed not to carry a gun, realized that the Communist Party is China’s hope and future, and stood on the side of the people to against his old partner. The two first-rate sniper masters therefore launched a series of wits and courageous sniper contests. In the end, justice finally defeated evil, Su Wenqian defeated his master Chi Tiecheng, and the task force completely shattered the enemy's assassination plot.

Why is it that most dramas that's focused on idol romance, annoying loud females, reckless characters with plots for the simple minded viewers that always comment about shipping actors seem to continue with eng subs to the last episode but good, exciting plots & characters in dramas like this eng subs only last for a few episodes?
