Does anyone but me think it's a little strange that all the lead characters have glossy photos of themselves all over? Dennis's is even hung on the wall next to his bed. Xia's are on her desk at work and in the office. That I find just a little odd, anyone else but me?

I see that in a lot of these stories. And a few people I know have their pictures (blow up big) on one of their walls. I only have my loved ones o my wall. But don’t like how I look in pictures.

yes@@myviewpoint2750 , it seems to be a Chinese thing, almost every C drama has the ML or FL with photos of themselves everywhere. I just have art on my walls, I feel weird about putting our photos everywhere especially in public spaces where visitors can see them

Lucy is the only one I like here,she's a real friend to Ning Xia,I don't like her cousin Ning Xin..she's a gold digger..hope Dangiao and Ning Xia will have a happy ending,I know it's going to be hard and messy as the episodes goes on with Zhao Dangiso mother get involve and I have the feeling Ning Xia will be heartbroken and run away from all of them..

I am now watching these episodes thoroughly (no more temptations to fast-forward to get quickly to episode 36 😂). It seems pretty much everyone is imposing themselves on Xia with their selfish agenda, with the exception perhaps of Lucy and her uncle. Everyone’s agenda, one way or another, are designed to exploit her good nature. Hao is worse - Xia had made it clear to him that his value to her is their deep friendship with no romantic association, yet he keeps on imposing himself which to me is quite bothersome - it borders on controlling - that is not love. The psychologist doesn’t have any ounce of professionalism; talks way too much about his patient - he has crossed way too many lines - is this allowed practice in China?? Having said these I’ll keep on watching - eye candy Dennis Oh is worth enough 😉. I’ll just grit my teeth when watching the unpleasant scenes. All you watching enjoy!!

Perché tanta disponibilità per accontentare una arrogante presuntuosa ed invadente ricca ragazza le cui intenzioni sono più che chiare?! Perché non stopparla? Come fa una moglie a spingere il marito nelle braccia di questa donna abituata a prendere ciò che vuole. Perché questo marito non si sottrae con fermezza alle attenzioni che riceve dalla riccona? Capisco solo in parte la disponibilità dimostrata e non la condivido. Non mi piacciono le situazioni ambigue che poi, tanto "ambigue" non sono, anzi sono più che chiare e allora "passi lunghi e ben distesi" riccona dei miei stivali!

Sta diventando prolisso, noioso. Quanto ci vorrà perché si dichiarino amore? Quanti sotterfugi o situazioni ridicole dovremo ancora sopportare? Più che adulti, assomigliano a ragazzini imbranati alle prese col primo amore. Tante piccole attenzioni, comportamenti inequivocabili, riservati ad un'unica ragazza, dovrebbero confermare a lei, Xia, e togliere dalla confusione lui ... chi si ama. E non ce ne' per nessuno, quindi il messaggio per Xin dovrebbe essere chiaro, una volta per tutte. Questa minestra allungata è insipida!
