That is very wrong, divulging information about his friend/ patient to another. Totally unprofessional and unethical. Maybe it’s different values in that country but it could also be just for tv drama 😱
FL was not being insensitive. She was honest with him early on about their friendship being special to her, that they cannot be in a relationship as far as she is concerned, he just doesn’t want to accept the truth. His attitude towards Xia is bordering on controlling - big red flag from my perspective.
