【Synopsis】Born into a scholarly family, Huang Yimei grew up carefully sheltered, displaying artistic talent from a young age. These experiences helped Huang Yimei to have a clearer plan for her life, deciding to return to school for further education. After graduation, she married her senior, Fang Xiwen. However, this marriage is unfortunately doomed to end as their careers lead them down vastly different roads. Huang Yimei started her own business in the field of art curation, she meets her soulmate, Pu Jia Ming. However, Pu Jia Ming is terminally ill and only has a few months left to live. Their love story ultimately ended with a farewell in life and death. Despite her grief and pain, she ultimately chooses to look forward to the future, living out her life in the fullest and most dazzling fashion.

我的理解是在国内和换个国家读书，难度系数还是差别蛮大的，首先她跨专业申请研究生，加上语言不通，是更多一层障碍。但我感觉她不想去法国是不想变成某某人的女朋友/太太。她去法国那次没感觉到自己被尊重了

I wish I understood Chinese especially for the songs. I find the lyrics and the way emotions are expressed are so deep and meaningful. It reminds me of Italian and French songs. English doesn't express as well I find. Maybe it's not too late to learn a fourth language. I'm 61 so I can give myself 10 years to learn the basics lol

You are totally right about loss in translation in lyrics, coming from a native speaker. Never too late to start. Began learning French 4 years ago and realized how little I knew when spending a week in Paris. Have fun learning!

@@SG美国奋斗30年 thank you. You too. French seems difficult because of the conjugation of so many different tenses but keep in mind that you won't be using many of them. Language is a richness and the more we know the more gifted we are and can access different cultures. I speak 3 but my dad spoke 6 languages and I've always tried to learn as much as possible no matter how difficult the language. I've had little luck with his native language, Slovenian, but I think I should start watching Slovenian dramas with English or Italian subtitles. I find that I learned a lot of Chinese by watching so many dramas with subtitles but keeping the volume high. Good luck! The best way is to practice. I taught my daughter French and Italian by getting books from the library of English stories she knew and loved. It made it easier for her to understand. It would be great if you had someone to practice with.

The 1st ML Peng Guanying is naturally gorgeous. They just under dressed him here with a crappy hairdo. Should check him out in THIN ICE. Lingenxin has work done on his face ( he admitted himself) though a good actor. Lgx aged fast. Before the pandemic he was really at his finest, fresh and brilliant. Most Chinese guys have this uneven cut hair bangs hanging by the foreheads so annoying. Unfortunately lgx portraying this type in the show. SMH
